About DataSnipper
DataSnipper lives inside Microsoft Excel. You import PDFs, scans, and images, run OCR, then snip figures from the document into the workbook with a link back to the source page. Form extraction, document matching, version comparison, and Find All Sums cover the sample-testing work that usually means flipping between a PDF and a spreadsheet.
Pricing is quote-only, sold per user. Start includes document import, OCR, snips, form extraction, document matching, version comparison, Find All Sums, comments, and SSO. Accelerate adds Excel Agents, an agent builder, DocuMine (ask questions of a document set), AI extractions, and connectors for SharePoint, OneDrive, Xero, QuickBooks, and SAP Concur. Elevate adds company templates, directory sync, guest access, retention policies, advanced export, and premium support. Financial Statement Suite (statement procedures and tickmarks) and UpLink (client PBC requests without a client login) are separate add-ons.
This is for external audit, internal audit, tax, and financial control teams that already work in Excel. It is not a general ledger, not a receipt app for a 10-person company, and not something you can buy from a self-serve pricing page. If you need DIY bookkeeping, look at Kick or QuickBooks. If your team already tests samples in workpapers, DataSnipper keeps the evidence attached.
